Verification steps
1. The scale is not working
Start by checking the power supply:
- Disconnect and reconnect the balance power cable
Next, check that the Moxa (network converter) is working properly:
- Balance cable → Moxa: well connected?
- Moxa cable → router: well connected?
- Check the lights on the Moxa :
- Steady green light (indicates power supply)
- Flashing orange light (indicates network activity)
2. The scale displays an incorrect weight
If the scale displays an inaccurate or unstable weight :
- The tare needs to be redone
- Use the tare procedure supplied at the time of installation
