A story of a visionary
In 2015, Jan-Charles Van Hall and Maxence Janssis launched EASY-SHOP, the first iPad-based cash register in Belgium. The result: an agile, intuitive solution... and skyrocketing sales.
In 2021, the Advensys group acquired RESTOMAX, founded in 1990 by Roland Van Morckhoven. A leader in POS HORECA, renowned for its 24/7 customer service.
Today, RESTOMAX is:
- French-speaking leader (Brussels + Wallonia)
- #2 in Belgium
- +2,500 customers and 4,500 installations
2023 : new direction
RESTOMAX acquires EasyOrder, a Dutch-speaking expert in customised ordering apps and Click & Collect.

Launch of EASY-SHOP
an-Charles Van Hall et Maxence Janssis créent la première caisse sur iPad en Belgique, plus agile et au déploiement plus performant.
Record years
EASY-SHOP is on a roll. The company has recorded its two best years in terms of growth.
Acquisition of RESTOMAX by Advensys
RESTOMAX joins the Advensys group and becomes its HORECA division. Merger of two complementary areas of expertise.

RESTOMAX becomes the French-speaking leader in POS solutions for the hospitality industry and ranks second in Belgium.
Acquisition of EasyOrder
RESTOMAX acquires EasyOrder to integrate an online ordering solution (App & Click & Collect) and strengthen its presence in Dutch-speaking countries.
