The printer does not print

Problem: The printer does not print

Here are the steps to follow to diagnose the problem:


1. Is the printer turned on?

  • A solid blue light should be visible on the front of the printer.


2. The printer does not turn on?

  • Check the power cable:
    • Properly connected to the printer
    • Well connected to the transformer


3. The printer is on but still not printing?

  • Check the network cable:
    • Is it plugged in properly?
    • Is the cable damaged where it connects?


4. Check network access

  • Ensure that the printer is connected to the network RMAX + 6 digits
    • Perform an Internet test from another device on the same network (e.g., a Google search) to see if the issue is related to a general Internet connection problem.


5. Everything seems to be in order, but the printer still isn't working?

  • This may be a problem with your router or Internet box.
  • Check out the Router section of the FAQ for more information.
