Problem:
The customer screen is on, but no more information is displayed.
Steps to check:
1. Check the Wi-Fi connection
- Make sure the client display is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
→ Recommended network: RMAX+client number (e.g. RMAX123456) - Also check that the tablet or device sending the data is connected to the same network.
2. Other symptoms to watch out for
If the :
- No longer lights up
- No longer responds to touch
- Remains frozen or black even after restarting
It's probably a hardware problem.
