Is your printer no longer printing tickets during service?

Here's how to view tickets with printing errors:
By default, the cash register will first attempt to print automatically five times.
To identify this problem, you will see a ‘Not printed’ icon appear at the top of your cash register or order screen with the number of printouts (highlighted in blue on the screens below).
The list will contain all unprinted tickets, food preparations, or bills.

click on the ‘Not printed’ icon
It will then list all unprinted tickets, their numbers and the first lines of the items.
Several options
- Print all jobs or cancel them
- Print or cancel one or more specific tickets in case of error.
