Why don't my orders appear on the kitchen screen?

Problem :

Orders placed from the till or a tablet do not arrive on the kitchen screen.


Checks to be carried out :

  1. Wi-Fi connection 
    Make sure the kitchen display is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your checkout terminal. 
    → Recommended connection: RMAX+customer number (e.g. RMAX123456)
  2. Terminal connection 
    Check that the tablet or terminal sending the order is also connected to the correct Wi-Fi.
