Problem :
Orders placed from the till or a tablet do not arrive on the kitchen screen.
Checks to be carried out :
- Wi-Fi connection
Make sure the kitchen display is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your checkout terminal.
→ Recommended connection: RMAX+customer number (e.g. RMAX123456) - Terminal connection
Check that the tablet or terminal sending the order is also connected to the correct Wi-Fi.
