Common problems encountered:
You may encounter one of the following error messages on your payment terminal (TPE):
- « Terminal not connected »
- « Can’t find destination to host »

Checking steps to be carried out :
1. Is the terminal connected to the correct Wi-Fi network?
- Open the TPE's Wi-Fi settings
- Make sure it is connected to an RMAX+client number network (e.g. RMAX123456).
2. Does the Wi-Fi network provide Internet access?
- Even if the terminal is connected, the network may not provide Internet access.

3. Restart the terminal
- Disconnect and reconnect the terminal
