Problem:
This message means that the tablet does not have Internet access.
Visual indicator: a red cloud appears at the bottom right of the application (it should be green in normal operation).
Verification steps :
1. Check the tablet's Wi-Fi connection
- Go to Settings → Wi-Fi
- Ensure that the tablet is connected to the RMAX network + 6 digits (e.g.: RMAX123456)
2. Test Internet access
- Open Safari or another browser
- Try a Google search
→ If this does not work, there is probably a problem with the router
Steps to check the router :
🔸 Wi-Fi RMAX does not appear
- Check that the router is switched on (power button activated)
- Check that the power cable is properly connected
- On the front of the router, 5 green lights should be on
🔸 RMAX Wi-Fi is visible, but no Internet access
- Connect another device (smartphone, etc.) to another Wi-Fi network on the same box
- Run a test (YouTube or Google) to confirm Internet access
- Check that the WAN port on the RMAX router is connected to the Internet box.
- Restart the RMAX router
- If necessary, also restart the Internet box
- If the problem persists, contact your Internet provider
