Shall we cancel everything and start again?



Here we explain how to completely cancel a ticket during a service from the cash register.

Important: This is a sensitive operation, we strongly advise you to only grant this right to those responsible for the establishment. The rights can be configured for each user, we explain everything in a dedicated video 😉


How to cancel a receipt that has already been cashed

Hello, everyone! Today, we will learn how to cancel a ticket that has already been cashed from your cash register.

👉 Step 1: Open the cash drawer

From your work screen, click on the Cash Drawer button located at the top right. This will take you to a list of all the tickets for the current day.

Please note:

You can only cancel tickets for the current service, i.e. those that are not closed in a financial zone.


👉 Step 2: Select the ticket to cancel

Select the relevant ticket from the list (e.g. 14.50€). Once selected, the details will be displayed on the right.


👉 Step 3: Cancel the ticket

Click on the Cancel ticket button. A confirmation message will appear on the screen. Confirm to proceed with the cancellation.


👉 Result:

The system automatically creates a negative ticket with the same items in negative. This cancels the initial amount received in the accounts.


✅ That's it! Your ticket has been cancelled properly, with full traceability in your cash register.
