What you'll do

1. Help our customers

• First-level technical support: diagnose and resolve incidents, visiting customers on site when needed 
• Manage and prioritise tickets within our agreed response times (SLAs) 
• Route requests to the right team​

1. Install and train 

• Install and commission hardware and software, in line with electrical safety rules​ 
• Hardware and network conguration, updates and equipment maintenance​ 
• Train restaurateurs on their solution

1. Move the team forward 

• Document procedures and knowledge base 
• Test new Restomax app releases before they go live​ 
• Feed customer insights back to the product team and keep improving our processes and tools

1. Play as a team
   

• Follow up requests with the Customer Success, Installation and Stock teams and your team leader​ 
• Spot customer needs and pass on sales opportunities 
• Contribute to product communication and promotion
