The RESTOMAX system operates on a license basis.
How a license works :
Each license is linked to a specific device, such as a tablet, kiosk or pocket PC. This license enables connection to the customer's organization to access data, and gives the device exclusive rights to use RESTOMAX software.
Important
Once linked, the license cannot be used simultaneously on another device. It must be unlinked, and the right to use it on the first device will be lost.
Each customer account is represented by what is known as an “organization”, which contains the entire database of its various establishments, items and customers. For more information, please consult the article dedicated to the organizational structure.
A web portal is used to manage all the “organizations”: the “super-organization”.
What is a super-organization?
A super-organization is access to a dedicated web portal for the partner, enabling him to manage the customers for whom he is responsible.
In it, he will find all the licenses he has deployed and linked to his account, as well as contracts in progress, blocked or to be validated. It's his main management tool, enabling him to edit customer files, as well as access logs and dispatch histories, and invoice reminders.
Contracts are generated and invoiced according to the licenses activated by the partner. To find out more, please refer to the guide license activation via the partner portal
