The orders arrive on the wrong kitchen screen - what should I do?

Problem : 

The commands are displayed on a kitchen screen that does not correspond to the correct station (e.g. hot instead of cold).


Steps to follow :

  1. Access the screen settings 
    Open the menu via the icon at the top right of the application.
  2. Check the printer output selected 
    Make sure that the screen is associated with the correct output:
    • Example: Cold Kitchen Output if the screen is intended for cold starters
    • Otherwise, select Hot Kitchen Output, etc.


Tip:

Use clear, consistent names for your outputs to avoid confusion during configuration.
