Problem : My printer prints a completely white ticket
This problem is often linked to the paper roll. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Roll inserted incorrectly (upside down)
- Check that the roll is correctly positioned, with the printable side facing upwards.
2. Try printing again
- After repositioning the roller, run another test print.
