Problem : My printer prints a completely white ticket

This problem is often linked to the paper roll. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Roll inserted incorrectly (upside down)

• Check that the roll is correctly positioned, with the printable side facing upwards.

2. Try printing again

• After repositioning the roller, run another test print.
