Impossible to clock in or validate a sale / Exclamation mark or verification loop

Are you experiencing a problem with the application (shift not starting, sales not possible, error messages, etc.)?

First of all, look at the colour of the indicator light on the front of the black box.

This will tell you where the problem lies.


If the LED is OFF

This means that the black box is not powered at all.


What to do:

  • Check that the power cable is securely plugged in at the back of the black box.
  • Controleer of de stekker werkt
  • If everything is connected correctly but the LED is still off, call our technical support team on +32 2 333 75 33.


If the light is RED

The red light indicates a black box safety lockout.


Unlocking procedure :

  1. Disconnect the small power cable at the back of the black box
  2. Wait 18 seconds, then reconnect
  3. If the light is still red, repeat the same operation, but this time wait 18 minutes.
  4. If the light remains red after this → Contact our technical support team on +32 2 333 75 33


If the light is GREEN

The green light means that the black box is powered.

But if you still have a problem, it may be a network connection issue.


Network checks :

  • Make sure the tablet is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network:→ RMAX + 6 digits or PLUGANDPOS + 4 to 6 digits
  • If RMAX Wi-Fi does not appear or Internet access does not work, consult the Router section of the FAQ.
