View receipts


Would you like to find tickets that have been cashed during your current shift or at the end of your shift?

You're in the right place. We'll explain how to find them via cash register management.

 

View tickets already cashed during the current shift

🎯 Objective: View closed receipts during the current shift directly from the cash register.


Steps to follow

  1. Access the check-in area
    • From the main cash register screen, go to the item scanning area.
  2. Open the cash drawer
    • Click on the Cash Drawer button in the top right corner.
    • You will see all the tickets already cashed in during your session.


Grant access to a user

To make the ‘Cash drawer’ button visible:

  1. Go to Settings → User
  2. Select the relevant user
  3. Select the relevant user
  4. Click on Save

➡️ Without this permission, the button will not be displayed to the user.

Result

Users can view all finalised tickets without leaving the sales session. This is useful for checking payments in real time or responding to customer requests.


💡 Tip: Ideal for managers or department heads who need to track sales without interrupting the checkout flow.
