Pocket: offline mode
Numerous modifications have been made in this version to improve the performance of Pocket devices for order taking and reduce dependence on the master cash register.
Offline mode introduces an important feature: management of a queue of preparation tickets on the Pocket in the event of disconnection from the Wi-Fi network. This will allow you to increase efficiency, particularly for large terraces, areas with a lot of interference, or where insufficient network coverage causes disconnections.
When offline mode is active, it is represented by the icon visible in the upper left corner with the two red crossed-out antennas, as shown in our example below, where you can also see eight pending documents displayed under the exclamation mark at the top of the screen.
Once back in an area covered by the WiFi network, the pocket will automatically reconnect and send the pending documents for preparation.

Merge tickets in a table
A new option has appeared in the seating plan: ticket merging.
In your table management (long press on the table), a new merge button now allows you to merge several tickets into one. This prevents you from ending up with a large number of different tickets open on the same table in the event of regular consumption.
Print a proforma via the sales screen
Now, using the Proforma button visible at the top of the ticket being clocked in, you can print a proforma directly, without going through the payment screen.
