Reprint a preparation slip

🎯 Objective: Reprint a preparation slip for a ticket that has already been registered, without re-launching the order.

Steps to follow

1. Retrieve the relevant ticket
   • From the cash register, open the ticket for which you want to reprint the receipt.
2. Access the options menu
   • At the bottom right of the screen, click on Other actions.
3. Reprint
   • Click on Reprint preparation slip.

Result

A new preparation slip will be printed immediately for the selected ticket.

💡 Tip:

Useful in case of initial printing problems or loss of the original voucher in the kitchen/bar.
