Receive the closing cash report by email

Receive your cash register receipts automatically by email

🎯 Objective:

Set up an email address to automatically receive financial reports (cash reports) at each closing.


Steps to follow

  1. Go to Settings → Post
  2. Scroll down to the Cash Management section.
  3. Click to open the tab
  4. Locate the Email reports field.
  5. Enter the desired email address (e.g. [email protected])
  6. Click on Save and Upload to confirm.


Result

At each cash register closing, the system will automatically send the financial Z to the specified email address.


💡 Tips :
Use a dedicated address (e.g. [email protected]) to centralise your reports and facilitate their archiving.
