Good to know: you can also edit an existing item to adjust its price.

Create and configure a variable price item

Hello, everyone! Today, we're going to look at how to create an item with a variable price in your POS system.

What is a variable-price item?

This is an item with no fixed price. The price is entered at the time of clocking in, allowing it to be modified according to the context.

Example :

  • I am selling a glass of white wine for 5€.
  • For another customer, the same glass can be sold for 7€.

👉 The price is adjusted manually with each sale.
