Don't forget to change the names of the three languages in your articles to avoid errors!
Important: This does not change the name of your matrix buttons on the sales screen, but it does change what is printed on your ticket.
Tip: You can also quickly change the name from the sales screen using the ‘Search’ tool.
Change the name of an item from the checkout
Hello, everyone!
Today, we will learn how to change the name of an item directly from your cash register.
Steps to change the name of an article
- Go to Settings → Articles.
- Select the item to be modified (e.g. an existing item named Water).
- In the article file, you can change:
- French name
- Dutch name
- English name
📝 Example: you can rename it to Still water in all three languages.
- Click Save to save the change.
Result
Your item will now appear with the new name during the sale, in the languages you have configured.
