Overview of the changes and new features of the Restomax Backoffice (backoffice.restomax.com).

These changes were rolled out on 24 February 2025.

The booking creation form has been updated to make it easier to take bookings.

Feature [1473] - Restomax Book : ‘Create a reservation’ modal updated

The booking form has been updated to reduce the number of clicks. We now automatically display available (and unavailable) dates, services and slots.

Customer information can be filled in automatically on the basis of e-mail or telephone number. After entering a telephone number or e-mail, the system will search for matching existing customers. The merchant can then select a customer and all known values will be automatically filled in the form.
