Overview of what's new in the 1.2.10 update :
- Price list management added
- Refactoring adding images to the media store
- A history page has been added to the item tab so you can find your sales history
- Adding the supplier from the item record
- Adding the customer's VAT regime from his file
Price list
The price list allows you to define specific prices and/or discounts to be applied to items.
Examples :
- Employee rates with a 10% discount
- Special rates for members, neighbours or partners
- Tariffs combining a specific price and a percentage discount
The price list is managed via the Settings > Price list menu.
Setting up the price list
- Default discount: standard discount applied
- Calculated discount: allows you to calculate a new price for specific items and not display a discount
- Pricing method: the discount can be calculated on the amount including or excluding VAT
- Entities: You can choose the entities for which you want to activate the list in the customer's organisation.
Once the list has been created, you will see the list appear with the discount in the item master record.
You can put a specific price instead of a discount or combine the 2!
Refactoring the media store
From now on, you'll find all the images of the kiosk, the click&collect and the CLIENTS display in a dedicated section of the store.
You can then add the corresponding image to the location in the appropriate resolution and format
