Update your tills in real time from the back office

Hello everyone!

Today we're going to take a look at a very practical feature: the ability to send changes immediately from the back office to the points of sale, without having to restart the tills.

Why use this function?

• You're in the middle of a shift and you need to :
  • Changing a price
  • Correct a wording
  • Add a new item
• You don't want to interrupt work at the checkout
• You want an instant update on :
  • The caisse
  • Terminals
  • The Click & Collect

Steps to take from the back office

1. Log in to the web back office.
2. Go to the Items menu.
3. Modify or create your article.
   • For example, increase the price of Meatballs in Tomato Sauce from €15 to €17.
4. Click Save to confirm the changes.
5. Click on the Send configuration button (often at the top right).
6. Select the shop(s) concerned.
7. Confirm the transmission.

Result on the cash side
