Many thanks to Charlotte Mikolajczak for her excellent article in the business supplement of La Libre. She accurately recounts the history of my company Advensys, PLUGANDPOS, recent developments with the acquisitions of Restomax and Barnaby, and above all... our ambitions for the future.

Beyond the destination: the quality of the journey

What matters most to me? The journey, as much as the result.

Through this article, I wanted to share a vision inspired by my friends at La Smala, based on the 4 Ps... to which I proudly add a 5th P:

• P for Profit: not an end in itself, but a means and a necessity for keeping the company alive. My pride lies elsewhere.

• P for Planet: we are actors, not mere spectators. Our decisions today shape the world of tomorrow.

• P for People & P for Partners: people are at the heart of everything we do. My teams, my customers, my suppliers... and above all, the well-being of young people is a priority that is deeply important to me. 

• P for Pleasure (my personal addition): because we build stronger and further when pleasure is part of our daily lives.
