What will you do?
- Lead & Inspire: Lead by example a team of 3 Account Executives and 1 Account Manager, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and growth.
- Translate Strategy: Refine and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in key markets (Flemish & French-speaking regions).
- Monitor Performance: Set clear targets, track KPIs, and ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds objectives.
- Develop Talent: Mentor team members, provide feedback, and support their professional development.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Represent Restomax: Be a visible leader at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Your Background
- 4–6 years of experience in Sales, including a first successful experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or tech-driven environments; an experience in the Horeca business is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Odoo, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
- Fluent in French and Dutch, comfortable in English.
