At Restomax, we don’t just manage accounts—we build partnerships. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for a portfolio of our top clients. Your mission? Drive long-term value, satisfaction, and growth. You’ll be at the heart of our customer relationships, ensuring every interaction is meaningful and every opportunity is maximized. 

🚀 What you’ll do 

• 🎯 Own and grow a portfolio of strategic clients—be their go-to person. 
• 🤝 Build lasting relationships by understanding their goals and aligning our solutions to their needs. 
• 📈 Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion within your accounts. 
• 🧩 Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support to deliver a seamless customer experience. 
• 📊 Track performance and maintain accurate reporting in our CRM. 
• 💡 Act as a Restomax ambassador, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and MRR growth.

✅ Your background 

• 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in a SaaS or tech-driven environment. 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
• Experience with CRM tools (Odoo is a plus). 
• Experience with POS (Restomax, Lightspeed, or more) is a plus 
• Fluent in French and comfortable in English or Dutch (written & spoken).
